SubscriberI have just simulated Q3D to calculate capacitance in simple two plates.
But there is difference simulation and hand calculation.
Capacitance (hand calculation) = e0erA/d = 8.854e-12*10mm*10mm/0.1mm
= 8.854pF
simulation result is 9.231pF
