I've designed a solar cell using wavy layer structure in Lumerical fdtd for optical simulation. And now i want to do electrical simulation in charge module but here i don't find the wavy layer structure like fdtd module. So, plz help me to find out how can i design a wavy layer structure same as fdtd in charge or how can i import the structure from fdtd into charge.

Yes, I designed from object library in fdtd module. how can i do that in charge module as there is no object library in charge for that structures.

Hi Kawshik,
The wavy layer structure group uses Surface Import, which is only available in FDTD and MODE. Let me see if we have any other options to do the same on CHARGE and get back to you on this.
