Maxwell Simplorer co-simulation

      hello everyone,

I have a machine model on Maxwell and I want to run a co-simulation on simplorer. But everytime I want to generate the FEA block of the machine on simplorer I get this error : "Configuration for quantity type not found : "CURRENT"". I really don't know how to solve this problem.

I appreciate all the suggestions to solve this problem.

Hi, the winding excitation need change to "external" instead of "current", and enable "transient-transient link with twinbuilder" in design setting.

Hello, I did all those steps that you told me and nothing changed. Another thing is that I get 3 lines of this error one for the current, another one for the voltage, and the last for magnetic_flux. it's like my Maxwell model doesn't have parameters of these types. I really don't know, maybe I have to create a circuit for inductors and then generate the model on Simplorer?

Hello, Please review this KM "https://support.ansys.com/KnowledgeResources/Solutions?solutionIdentifier=sol2068024&productName=ANSYS+Maxwell&productFamily=Electronics", if possible.

You need to go to Twin builder-> add compoenet-> Maxwell component-> Add transient co-simualtion.
