Preview error

  Hello
  
  I have a client who updated his graphics card drivers and now the file preview doesn't work for him anymore , if I hover over it with the mouse explorer solves it loads after which it generates this error ( not in all files)
  I have already tried to reinstall SpaceClaim , how can I solve it?

  Hello Roberto Please send me a recent SpaceClaim log file (from the error session).
  
  The SpaceClaim log files can be found in C:UsersAppDataRoamingSpaceClaimLog Files.
  (Sometimes the AppData folder is hidden. To find it, type %appdata% into the file path and press enter)
