SubscriberI have reinstalled Microsoft's MPI program and the Luminary program, but the below error still occurs,The above error only occurs when I check 'report tangent vector field' in the RCWA solver, and the program can run normally when not checked.

The “tangent vector field” option should only be used with mesh refinement set to conformal variant 0, 1 or 2. That might be the reason you are getting error.
For the second question: Change the radious of “model” to 100 nm and rerun the simulation. Then visualize Ep from xz_filed. The results in website will be updated soon.
50 nm:
=======>'Ep”>Ep’ from the “xz_field”
100 nm:
=====>'Ep”>Ep’ from the “xz_field”
