Modeling ITO in Lumerical CHARGE

Hi, I am modeling a device in CHARGE that uses ITO. However, ITO is not in the electrical materials provided. Is there a material import I would be able to use? Ideally, I would like to model ITO using the Drude model, is this possible?
Also, is it possible to model material electronic properties in CHARGE, and then import the carrier diffusion results into FDTD to model phase modulation? I know this is possible to do with MODE, but I have not seen any examples in FDTD.

      Thanks.

For any materials that are not in the material database, you can add them to be semiconductor, metal or insulator.

      Please refer to

Metals (conductors) are simple as they only need to know its work function.

If you want to simulate it as semiconductor, you will need to have some semicondutor properties for it.

Hello, have you set up the new material successfully now? Can you give me some help with this material parameter?

It is better that you find your own material data.
