  how to hindge flag at upper end of pole so according to wind it flap up and down. flag is currently down. if any confusion mail me at rishabhmail935@gmail.com

  Hi Rishabh,
  Try applying a remote displacement boundary condition and you can let rotation about the axis to be the free boundary condition, which will allow rotation of the flag around the axis.
