HFSS Varactor Diode

I have a question related to implementing Varactor Diodes in HFSS.

Currently I am trying to model a metasurface in HFSS which implements a Varactor Diode to change Impedance characteristics of the surface. I've been trying different ways to implement a specific SMV2019-079LF varactor based on its equivalent circuit or other characteristics, but the specifications for its implemented diode do not align with the specification required for defining a diode in the circuit software.

What is the best way to go about  implementing a varactor in Ansys HFSS?

Typtically we would recommend that you get a SPICE file for the vacator from the model vendor and then combine that and the HFSS model in a Circuit schematic. Have you tried conecting the model vendor to get a SPICE model for it?

I have, and I was able to put the model into the Circuit Shematic and simulate it on there. However, for the Metasurface I am using Floquet analysis. Will Ansys Circuit be able to simulate with the floquet analysis?

Yes, that should work. There was a similar discussion on this forum recently. Please see the response from Irina G in this thread:
