Sorry, I want to use stackrt script to do this. For FDTD, it is simple to put the monitor there, but for stackrt, it only give me the R and T. even STACK simulator, it seems not possible.
Two more questions: 1. for STACK, how can I use script to control the options in GUI; 2 for stackrt, how to get the index vs position?
