Problem with import of EM Loss from Maxwell to Icepak

  Hello everyone
  I'm using Ansys Electronics Desktop Student 2022 R2. When I try to transfer data of from Maxwell to Icepack Assign Thermal - EM Loss - Use This Project, i get the error:
  I disabled the antivirus, reinstalled the program... nothing helped.
  Help find a solution.

  Could you review the help manual to see how to assign EM loss and link Maxwell model?
  What is extractor mode and interactive mode? or unselect "use this project" to specify Maxwell model manually? Thanks.
