AnsysWBU.exe error – 2023 R1

Hi, whenever I try to open my model an error appears: "AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written". I have tried multiple things that I've seen in other forums:

      - Renaming the Ansys folder in %temp% and %appdata%

      - Deleting and reinstalling Ansys

      - Downloading an older version of Ansys

      - Adding the system environment variable ANS_OLD_ATTACH = 1

      - Updating my drivers (I have NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060 and I use game ready driver, not sure if this affects Ansys)

      - Opening CMD as admin and typing:

      regsvr32.exe ole32.dll
      regsvr32.exe atl.dll
      regsvr32.exe oleaut32.dll
      regsvr32.exe scrrun.dll
      regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
      regsvr32.exe vbscript.dll

      - Installing prereq and configuring products

But none of them have fixed my error. Can anyone help?

After searching again for a while I found this: /forum/forums/topic/ansys-mapdl-2020-r1-will-not-open/ which suggested to rename the libiomp5md.dll file in the c:/windows/system32 directory. I renamed it to libiomp5md.dll.old and mechanical works now, hope this helps anyone that was in the same situation as me.
