Hi
Batch Connections are used for achieving connections in structures made of sheets/shells and beams. Batch Connections uses Connect objects to connect the beams and shells.
See help for more info if needed but the above explains that it is not available with 3D solid/volumes (only with shells and beams).
To connect 3D solid/volumes use share topology or bonded contacts.All the best
