The program did not open when 2022 was installed. I uninstalled and installed the 2023 version. this version opens but it always says busy

What happens if you open Workbench by right-clicking on Workbench in the Start Menu and
choosing "Run As Administrator"

Also, check your virus scanner and firewall software for items being blocked.

I accidentally activated the keep updates on feature when I installed it before. now i reinstalled it and the screen looks like this. Where can I do the update settings? I tried what you said, it doesn't work. "next" button is not active.

When you were seeing this error, were you launching “Workbench” or “Mechanical” ?

 

the hung installation – if it is still active, what is the last line seen when you click View Detailed progress log ?
