triangular elements in meshing

      I tried to remove triangular elements in meshing by following methods,

      automatic method -> quadrilateral dominant. 

      But still some triangular elements are appearing in the domain as shown below 

      Please suggest me how i can get rid off these triangular elements.

      i set to quadrilaterals only.

      For that rectangle you can use Face Meshing (formerly Mapped Face). If you just say Quad Dominate, I think it is using the old paver approach that will stick triangles in occasionally.
