Keyshot

  I have a keyshot pro license associated with SpaceClaim, but why do I still use the Keyshot base when I open Keyshot? (which I can't render in high definition and just instant images?)

  I think the reason is that the Keyshot version you have is "Keyshot 8.2 CAD Lite" which is a free version of Keyshot ("Lite"). You need to have a regular version of Keyshot ("Pro") with a license. I downloaded version 8.2 and it showed me Pro version. See below image. I am not sure how you are seeing the Lite version. I would request you to uninstall and download version 8.2 again from Keyshot website and try again.

    Hi, I solved it this way
    1) Accessing the portal and dissociating all devices
    2) Open SpaceClaim and now I read the license of keyshot correctly

  Hi Naresh, so the keyshot pro license that appears inside the portal of the ansys is the lite?
  
  In order to use an actual pro, do I have to have a serial key code
