Subashni Hello, i have solved the problem already. I had installed it as admin, but somehow not everything was installed. I have copied the content from the folder: C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared FilesLicensingwinx64 from my pc to the customers pc and now everything works.

Paesc It could be that some install files got corrupted during download or otherwise. In case this issue occurs again please feel free to raise a service request on Ansys customer portal
