Trouble opening software after license renewed

      I just renewed my license. Now when I open the software and enter my credentials, it says that I am being blocked and I can use the software. It says to contact my administrator, which I've been on support calls for the last three hours.  They can't see a problem on my end.  Can you please remedy this? I can't afford to lose any more of this day looking at Ansys error messages, and nobody seems to be home at Spaceclaim support. Help!

      Hello Christopher Tomko Apologies for the inconvenience caused, most of the support engineers had holiday and were not available.
      I've been on support calls for the last three hours.
      I am in touch with them so that we can sort this out faster will help you sort this issue, or any further issue in future. In the mean time I would request you to go through this knowledge material, and see if the steps here help. Once again apologies with the inconvenience. Regards.

      I was on support with my internal IT.  I finally got help from Spaceclaim.  hey said it has something to do with microsoft not allowing me to login, ant  they had to give me some kind of exception. I was finally able to use the software after two days of non-productivity all because of a technicality.  Seems like a faulty system that can cause a customer so much grief over nothing.

        Christopher Tomko That is understandable. I discussed it with the team as well, something that was meant to be helpful for the customer privacy turned out to be problematic in this case, and was indeed a learning experience, which now is corrected. Other support engineers who were in conversations with you have apologized for the trouble it caused, and I second that.
