So I have recently reflected my object to the right but unfortunately the isosurface wasn't automatically adjusted to kind of cover the whole object (It was only covering half since I reflected the object to the right). Are there any ways or commands to edit so I can lengthen the isosurface?

Can you give bit more details? What is actually reflected? And what kind of isosurface is this? 
Did you try using Fluent's post-processing?
