Could you please share a copy of the text from the .err file under C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student?  It looks like this is probably just a CAD Configuration error, but may not prevent you from using ANSYS Student. Could you please try running the ANSYS products and let us know if you encounter errors?
