Root Element is missing – Need help

  I have done the %APPDATA% reset but I can't do the rename fix since I can't find the file to be renamed in the Ansys folder.
  Are there any other fixes for this? Is it possible to repair the files only or should I reinstall

  Open the Windows 10 control panel. In the control panel search box type region. Which region is currently selected?
