  当我的器件结构是中间为半导体两边为导体时，我想在半导体内部增加个导体，那么我如何来设置内部导体的电气条件或者我如何设置导体间相互接触的电气条件。

  不知道是网站问题还是之前这个问题一直没有得到答复。如果是后者，请跟帖提醒。也有可能是因为看到有一个跟帖就认为是已经回复过了。最好是直接修改帖子而不是跟帖补充。
  CHARGE中所有的金属都必须有电压，尽管可能是零，也需要设置，因此应该在Boundary那里添加为电极。
  金属被认为是完美金属，并不参与网格化和数值迭代计算。
