      I am trying to import a GDS into SIWAVE. there is a tech file definition. anyone has a template for this file? what is the format?

      Hi Antonis,

      Did you go through SIwave help document for importing GDS file?
      If not, please go through "importing GDSII files" section of the SIwave help document.
