unexpected internal software error

  I tried to simulate a loop antenna in HFSS, and when I increase the number of turns it gives this error.

  Can you please let us know which helix design you are simulating in HFSS? Did you design it inside HFSS or import it from somewhere else?
  After what value of turns does it start throwing the same error?
  Please provide more screenshots to understand your problem properly.
