      Dear all over time, it is hard to keep track of the different versions an modifications of a simulation setup. For software development there are tools like git or svn to solve this problem. Some of them can handle binary files like *.aedt too.
      What is the best practice for version control of HFSS projects?

      There is no specific rule for version control of HFSS projects. You may need to follow your company guidelines in this regard if there are any.
