getting “unable to create child process” error and “attempted launch of solvers via MPI failed”error

SubscriberOK, this is on the WinPC version of Ansysedt-2022-R1, getting the above errors when running frequency sweeps on a 3D structure.
Question1, do I need to install "MPI" ?
Question2: how do I debug these two errors ? , which I think are related.

Are you simulating the simulation model in cluster? If yes, then you need to install MPI. MPI is not required if you are running on a normal computer.
It looks like the errors on the screenshot are related to MPI. Please check if it is setup correctly.
