I want to know the process to access the LS_DYNA dummy models on the webpage https://www.lstc.com/download/dummy_models?

You'd need to be registered, and that will fail with a generic email address. Your institute would also need a current (payed for) licence, so you may need your supervisor to talk to the University person who deals with Ansys.
