      结构对于Y轴对称,可以根据所需要激发模式的偏振来选择对称或反对称边界: Ansys Insight: 模式光源的对称与非对称性
      要知道对称边界选的对不对,可以再选取以后计算模式,看看其分量对不对。比如没有使用对称性边界的情况下是Ey主要偏振,选择对称性边界后也必须是Ey,否则就是错误的。
