Ansys EDT not opening

  Hi there,
  My Ansys EDT is not opening since yesterday! I've tried EVERYTHING I could find online. reinstalling the software, changing windows environment variable, even reimaging my system(windows 10)! nothing worked. can anybody PLEASE help me?

  Are you using the Free Student or Academic software? What version?
  Are you receiving an error? Please post a screen shot as we are not permitted to open files.
