Since yesterday my Granta Edupack isn't working anymore. Due to an error that has something to do with the FLEXlm server I suppose?

This could be a firewall issue.
Try shutting down your firewall to se if you can run.
What happens if you run Client Licensing Utilities and try to perform a Flexnet Publisher License Status?

I disabled my firewall, it doesn't work.
If I peform a Flexnet Publisher License Status I get this:

I removed the license that i got and put stripes instead.
I hope this says something to you but i can't make anything out of this {'-__-}

Open a Dos command prompt and type in the following:
ping -----
Where ----- is the name of your license server

Is the server name listed in the c:\program files\Ansys Inc\shared files\licensing\ansyslmd.ini file
usually this issue has to do with firewall blocking
Has anything changed on the license server end?
Can others check out licenses?

it is listed, and the other students can use the license

Alltough my map name is different, its called granta instead of Ansys Inc.
But that is not a problem right?

The others that can run, are they pointing to the same machine?

we need to fill it in when installing granta edupack when asked for server and port.

Verify that the hostname in the ansyslmd.ini under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GRANTA EduPack\Shared Files\Licensing
matches the license server hostname

i don't understand, u mean the ip-adress? or the license server that i filled in in the installation?

Do you have a ansyslmd.ini file under:
c:\program files\Ansys Inc\shared files\licensing\
verify the same.
Im wondering why the license status was pointing to a different server

I dont have a map in program files only in program filesx86.

I am at my internship right now and there the program is working just fine !
I need to make it work at home as well, since i need it for my schoolcourses.
What might be the problem?

Need to confirm with the school if cesedupack.license.schoolname.nl is an alias for wi690-sep.
The status indicates the server has wi690-sep in the license file. If you can't resolve that hostname
you should try the ip address or add a hosts file entry for the ip address and hostname.
You may need to work with School IT Department.
