SubscriberHi,
I run the Ansys 2021 R2 on the Linux HPC with sbatch. but I got an error like following:
ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:
Failover feature 'Ansys DesignModeler' is not available.
Request name agppi does not exist in the licensing pool.
User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature.
Feature:Â Â Â Â agppi
License path: [email protected]:
FlexNet Licensing error:-39,147
I'm new to Ansys and I'm not sure what is going on under the hood. I'm wondering what might cause the error and how can I resolve it? I attached both sbatch file (myjob) and journal file (twoTruck) here. Thank you!

User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature. means that the person administering your license server is using a FlexLM Options file.
Your name is not listed in this options file as a user that is able to use this license.
Please contact whoever is in charge of your License server and ask them to add your name to the license options file to enable your user to check out the license.
Reminder: They will need to restart the Ansys License Manager on the server after editing the options file .
Best.
