Postprocessing: How to extract node data in Fluent, CFD-Post, or EnSight in 2020R2?

TL;DR: Is there a way to extract velocity data at the node in Fluent, CFD-Post, or EnSight in ANSYS 2020R2?

I am working on a 2D fixed-incline slider bearing model in which the bottom plate is parallel to the x-axis and moving, while the top plate is at a decline and stationary. I am able to successfully complete the simulation in Fluent but am having trouble postprocessing the results. Below is an image of the velocity vector plot:

If you create a line in Fluent (set start & end points) then use an xy plot you'll get the curve you're after.

My apologies, I probably should have been more specific in my question and showed that I already knew how to plot the curve in Fluent as well! I was more wondering if I could get that data in a table or a .CSV file that points out v vs y, so I can manipulate that data, such as superimposing it with other data from simulations with different parameters, plotting a regression, or taking the area under the curve.
In Fluent, while I can plot the curve out, I am not sure how to further manipulate it

Look in the xy plot panel, there's a "write to file" option.

Perfect! That worked for me! Thank you for your help!
