SubscriberWith 2021 R2, There's a "Root Element is Missing" issue while using workbench or Mechanical.
How can I handle?

SubscriberHi Vinayak As the link says, I changed the region but didn't work.
and first advice says that moving some files that cause issues and reinstall.
But I can not find System.Xml.XmlText - things in my computer

Try to clear the AppData folder and see if it helps. Following is the process-1. Exit ANSYS 2. from Start > Run 3. Enter %APPDATA% 4. A folder explorer window will open 5. Open the Ansys folder rename the v202 folder to v202_old (or whatever version you are using) 6. Launch ANSYS again and try to refresh the project

What extension are you trying to use and what are the language settings on your machine?
(alo post the error message inline in your post so we can review it)
Also what are you trying to model since many of these extensions are now native in WB.
