I am using Ansys student version 2020R2 and unable to open design modeler. I've performed clean uninstallation and reinstallation several times. But, it's not working. Please find attached the screenshot of the error.

Ansys EmployeeHi Chinmay Try to download Ansys 2020R2 again as the license may have expired. Or try to uninstall by following these directions: Type %appdata% and delete the Ansys folder from the roaming directory, then go up a level and down to the local directory and delete the Ansys folder there then reboot. In the folder, you unzipped the ANSYS Student 2020R2 to, right-click on setup.exe, andRun as Administrator.

SubscriberHello, I have a similar problem, I can't create a new geometry because I don't have anything proposed when I right click. Do you know how to solve the problem ?
Thank you !
