i have followed this steps:

1.2. Using the Ansys Client Settings Utility

But i get that error in the laptop when i try to activated the license. I have already install Ansys in the License Server PC and it's working properly

The error is:

The message indicates "HOST_NOT_FOUND" which typically appears if the ip address and hostname do not resolve properly on the client machine. You can try adding an entry to your client machine in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file for the ip and hostname of the license server
Example:
123.45.6.78 license-ansys

Hi, I followed all the new steps and now the new error has appeared when i try to activated the license in the teammates computer.
