Anys license manager error on 2021R2 student version

  I got this error when starting anys.

  Try the following:
  create a directory named TEMP on your c:\
  change the System Variable TMP to c:\TEMP
  now try to run.
  Also try changing the user variables TEMP and TMP to c:\TEMP
