Hello,
I am very new to the Ansys Electronics Desktop student version. And also, I don't have previous experience regarding the thermal analysis. I need to do a thermal modeling (thermal analysis) for a design. How can I startup? Any good tutorials to startup with the software? I watched Ansys videos on youtube, but those were not very useful to me.
Thank you for any help.

You can also refer Help documents from menu tab of Icepak design to start with electrothermal analysis.
