How to appropriately define boundary conditions for THz EM simulation

I am currently simulating a bowtie antenna on a GaAs substrate in HFSS and the radiation pattern varies when I increase the size of the GaAs box or the vacuum box. Is there any specific boundary condition I must use to fix this error?

PML boundary should be placed at least lambda/8 distance away from the radiating structure.
Please go through ÔÇ£assigning PML boundariesÔÇØ from HFSS help document.
You can also generate the bowtie antenna using Antenna toolkit which is integrated inside AEDT.
      Thank you.
