Hello,

I am running into an error while running charge simulation " No electrical properties are defined for domain 3". I have tried to change the material in domain 3 but an error still exists.

Does anyone know what would be wrong in the simulation?

In CHARGE simulation, all geometries, including background air must be assigned a specific material. In your case It seems one geometry consisting domain 3 does not have material assigned . Please check related geometries including background.

All the structures in this geometry have assigned material while the background is already assigned air. That is why this error is surprising. I do not see an obvious problem in domain 3. Please look below where I have selected the layer which is included in domain 3

Please also check the related material's property and see if all the necessary, basic material parameters are given. Please also check message on the wall.

Thanks! Basic material properties look ok, though they are different than what I found from other material models.
Anyway, I have changed the material as well to different materials but the problem is still the same. I think that means material parameters are not an issue?

Maybe you can first use the same material, then change one material at a time to identify which material causes such problem. Please also reply the wall message.

Hello, by unlocking the mesh in charge settings, this problem was resolved
