Hello,
If possible, you can avoid such sharp edges unless they play a significant role in the physics of the problem. I am not sure if in this case it is required. However, if you still decide to keep it, I would suggest to split the left section of the geometry with the dimension of the thickness of the sharp edge, apply a local sizing to that region and accordingly transition the mesh to the adjacent region.
