HELPquestion for convergence of newton solver in charge

       the newton solver cannot converge after 40 iterations (shown in attached figure). i tried to change different sweeping voltage, but still not working.

      Hi.
      A convergence issue can be due to many different reasons (for example an incorrect setting or the problem being difficult to solve). I recommend looking into this post for some recommendations that could address the problem. Please let us know if you are able to resolve this.
