I have created a ball with seam, and then a rectangular box. Means i have 2 solids now. Ball and box, now when i go to meshing, the message showed by the ansysy.

there is nonproblem in the ball geometry i think problem is due to two solid bodies. But I don’t know what to do....

give any solution to the problem....

The meshing software ran out of memory because the geometry is not clean and simple. The geometry is too complex and possibly overlapping.

I have used spaceclaim repair tools but there were no such complexity and errors

If you're doing an isothermal CFD model suppress or delete the ball volume once you've created the air volume: we don't need it. Then show a good image of the ball surface so we can have a look.
