SubscriberHi, we have installed the ansys license manager with a new license. We can run the software (Ansys/Lumerical) on the license server, but having constant problem when connecting from remote. The screenshot of the error is attached.

Ansys EmployeePlease configure your license server with static ports. Then open these ports (default: 1055, 1056 & 2325) for access.
