SubscriberHi all,
Greetings, My curiosity got me to this question:
I read this in my solution information and I was wondering how many maximum cores I can use to solve my problems without interfering my other work on my workstation.

Ansys EmployeeNumber of physical cores is 6, and you have requested 4 (and DMP - distr. mem. parallel).
So 6 is what you can use, but as other things need to use memory I would not recommend using 6.
All the best

SubscriberThank You for your help.
I will stick to using 4 cores for now.
