Structured Meshing on a curved or elliptic shaped Bone?

  I am trying to do the structured meshing inside out on a Femoral Head but I am getting bad results. Wondering if anyone can suggest to me how to overcome my errors.

  You will need to do more splitting in DM or in SpaceCLaim to get good structured mesh.
