How to create thermal conductance across the Non-linear contact with a gap?
For linear contacts, thermal conduction takes place when the gap is within the ‘pinball radius’.
Increase the ‘pinball radius’ and keep it larger than the gap to achieve the thermal conduction between the contact. For the Non-linear contacts, there is no thermal conduction when the gap is present. But the thermal conductivity can be defined as a function of gap. The contact real constant ‘Thermal Contact Conductance’ (TCC) allows input from a table. A command object can be inserted under the contact in Mechanical to provide real constant TCC values.
