Limit on Maximum Plastic Increment

Why is the maximum plastic increment in the substep exceeding the default limit of 15% immediately after remeshing using NLAD?

The limit on maximum plastic increments in a substep is not imposed in the first substep after a remesh happens. This is intentionally left in the code to avoid numerical difficulties. However, it must be honored for the subsequent substeps.
