Technical Account Manager - Electronics(12865)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing long-term, sustainable relationships with assigned enterprise accounts as the single point of technical contact.
- Aligning Synopsys solutions with customers’ key business objectives to deliver maximum value and drive technology adoption.
- Collaborating with Enterprise Account Managers to identify and prioritize technical activities that support account growth plans.
- Coordinating resources across presales, technical support, consulting, and training teams to execute strategic technical engagements.
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of technical support activities, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement.
- Acting as the liaison between customer teams and Synopsys development to address product defects and enhancement requests.
- Leading opportunity qualification and technical campaigns for complex customer engagements, including market sizing initiatives.
- Supporting account-based marketing strategies to drive technology proliferation and partner solution adoption.
