Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and development teams to proactively identify and remediate risks with new and existing products and services throughout the development lifecycle
• Support and/or lead the implementation, management, and improvement of policies and procedures to improve compliance with internal and external requirements
• Coordinate with legal and non-legal stakeholders on product development activities and product launches to translate risk management requirements into the product development process
• Draft and negotiate the terms of various agreements, including software/technology agreements
• Provide guidance on the use of open-source software
• Support global license compliance and privacy programs
• Conduct periodic training on a variety of topics for wide audiences
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations
