Marketing Program Manager (Remote - US) (15410)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of programs, projects, initiatives, and offer guidance.
- Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program align with business priorities
- Formally document and communicate outcomes of discovery, design, and strategy sessions
- Communicate status and adjust timeframes and projects as needed
- Address escalated resourcing issues with functional managers, as needed
- Manage program-level risks and interdependencies
- Strategically drive program direction, capable of managing at all levels
- Inform planning and program activation using data-driven trends and insights
- Provide program reporting and status to senior management
- Hold team members and internal partners accountable to meeting key deadlines and milestones
- Develop and manage marketing program frameworks for cross-functional strategic execution, including requirements gathering, business case creation, implementation, and improvements.
- Create and enforce a unified calendar and milestone for programs; ensure resources are properly allocated
- Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork, drive escalation and resolution of issues
- Manage marketing roadmap and backlog, proposing new strategies to meet goals, determining appropriate prioritization for projects
- Manage all programs within scope and budget
- Proactively identify and resolve barriers to project success, escalating risks when appropriate. Engage in continuous improvement activities.
- Work with cross functional teams, including Marketing Operations, to calculate marketing project ROI targets and track progress to goal, adjusting strategies as needed to drive desired outcomes
- Work with the marketing operations team to set up and manage campaign performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting
- Maintain excellent relationships with all levels of the matrix organization
