Semi-Mechanistic Boiling Model (Workshop)

This workshop will introduce the Real Gas Property Tables and how to generate these Tables for later use in Ansys Fluent® fluid simulation software.

Learning Outcomes:

Following completion of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Understand the theoretical background behind the Semi-Mechanistic Boiling Model.
• Set up the Semi-Mechanistic Boiling Model to model boiling in duct channel.
• Provide understanding on how to judge convergence by checking mass and heat imbalances.

Prerequisites:

• Completion of Ansys Fluent Getting Started: Basics is recommended.
• Completion of Ansys Fluent Getting Started: Beyond the Basics is recommended.
